In this new school year, many changes have been made to make our school a better and more comfortable environment for the EARI community. Some people find these changes positives, and at the same time, others don't like them as much.

The first new item to be mentioned is the new ABCD schedule system in the Upper School. It does not follow days of the week, but A/C or B/D timetable, instead. In a way, the previous system was more effective because the schedule would remain basically the same every week, but on the other hand, the current schedule is more productive and practical because when there is a holiday, for example, students won't miss classes for that/those day/days. "I am personally very thankful for the new Letter Day system. Though it may seem a little confusing at times, it makes sure no individual subject or class suffers due to holidays. Don't get me wrong: I love holidays! I am just happy that I no longer need to rush with a unit or not give my students a fun project because l ran out of time", says Ms. Marina Procopio, US SS Teacher.
Another major change that was made this year is the company that provides food to the school. Sodexo is now in charge of it. Apparently, students seem more satisfied with the healthier and delicious food. According to Jessica Ferreira, Sodexo Nutritionist, they have also change the cafeteria structure and made some improvements in the kitchen to better serve our school.
