Last International Day Celebration was a huge success. It took place in Gavea this year, and students and their families brought traditional food, books, and other things from their country, as the purpose of this event is to celebrate all different nationalities we have in EARJ community and their culture. If you won one of the raffles, don’t forget to talk to Ms. Ana Morelli and get your prize!
Next Friday, May 3rd, we will be having some really fun and important activities! Ms. Clara and a few of our friends, who have been practicing a lot, will be presenting on our US Talent Show. It will start at 1:40 pm, with the MS Music Elective group opening the ceremony. Afterward, our talented friends will perform singing, dancing, playing, stand up comedy, and all. Parents and families are most welcome to come to praise and enjoy with all of us the talents that will present. Thank you, Ms. Clara, for putting up a show that helps students appreciate each other.
Later on, at 4 pm, GAC Club will be hosting a Movie Night to raise money to support a local community hospital. All MS students will be able to buy the tickets for R$5 by Ms. Ana Morelli’s desk to watch The Avengers. There will be popcorn, drinks and other delicious treats. Come join us this Friday for all our special and fun events here at school.
