Ready! Set! Go! Running, jumping and throwing are all mixed into one sport that we call Track and Field. It is the combination of many sports, some of which include sprints, long distance running, throwing, and jumping.
Running and jumping help develop muscles in your legs, which makes it easier to have good balance. People can start developing track skills anywhere where space is available. Depending on the skill for example: Throwing track events consider strength in the upper body, so you can work out. Group or private lessons are available in any multiple sports center, like Aeronáutica.
Preferably, track is better to happen during fall season since the weather is in perfect balance. Mornings and nights jogs are the best warm up to start the tracking season.
To be ready, you will need the following materials: Athletic shorts, Tank top, Running sneakers, water bottles, sunscreen, and hats - or visors.
