Sanitary Pads Project is a CAS project being conducted by the new Seniors group, one that is fused with the Fashion Design Club. Within this project, reusable pads and bags for women in need are being created by hand. Our main objectives range from addressing menstrual poverty by providing some resources, and assisting them economically. We are currently creating a website that is meant to teach women in need how to make these pads themselves, thus, allowing them to make start a business and to help even more women. Currently, we are having a fabric drive where people can donate sheets, rags, towels and excess materials where we will reuse and transform them.
