The Most Frightening Week

Updated: Apr 20, 2022

Another end of a semester year is arriving, though quite an unusual one. High school students will be undergoing their final exams week either once again or for the first time, like the 9th grade and 10th grade students - who will be having their first on-campus exam week.

The subject-exam schedule of each grade was already sent by email by our principal, Mr. Scott Little a week ago, so that students may better organize their time to prepare for their exams. The following week will be the revision week, where students will have the opportunity to use class-time to ask questions and revise in order to prepare themselves for the upcoming exam week.

Some basic rules that students should be familiar with are: all students are required to arrive 15 minutes before the exam starts, students will be allowed to make-up their exams if selected unprecedented circumstances occur, all students who have two exams in one day must wait in the gymnasium bleachers, and the snack-shack will be open for students everyday - from 10 am to 10:30 am for 11th and 12th graders, and from 10:30 am to 11 am for 9th and 10th graders. Lunch will still be served at school from 1:30 pm to 2 pm, and the Learning Commons will be available for high school students as a study hall time.

The exam week is surely a time where tension proliferates among high school students. However, the best news is that students may go home soon after they finish their exams and enjoy the last week of school without needing to worry about any school work!! Vacation time gets closer after each final exam is completed, so let’s all focus on these last school works so that we can enjoy our entire break with our family and friends soon! Best of luck to all of you!
